Brainwash Foundation is registered by the Tax Authorities as an Institution for General Benefit (ANBI).
Objective & activities:
The annual organisation of a multi-day, socio-critical and interdisciplinary thought festival in Amsterdam, where the major social issues of today are reflected upon from the arts, philosophy and science, by the most exciting and leading (inter)national writers, artists, philosophers and scientists of the moment. With our activities, we aim to broaden the knowledge of and support for philosophy in the public domain.
Remuneration policy:
The Brainwash Foundation has two employees (Marije Ligthart and Machteld Vinkenborg). The other employees work on a freelance basis. The board members of the Brainwash Foundation receive no remuneration for their work.
The Brainwash Foundation endorses and acts within the provisions of the Code Cultural Governance.
