Ekaterina Schulmann is a political scientist specialising in the legislative process in modern Russia, parliamentarism and decision-making mechanisms in hybrid political regimes. Since 2022 Ekaterina is marked as a ‘foreign agent’ by Russia, which means she cannot return to Russia to work or teach.
